Many children get injured in one way or another during school or after. Many parents do not know that their child is insured 24 hours a day. An 11-year-old pupil who broke his arm received compensation in the amount of 38,000 NIS from the insurance company without the need to file a lawsuit in court. Our offices represented the pupil (through his parents) against the insurance company. Our offices negotiated with the insurance company and demanded compensation. The pupil received at the end of the proceedings the compensation.
